	Generally Shipments within the EEC

	For all orders from countries from the EEC we absolutely need your VAT-ID. These numbers start with a country abbrevation (example: NL for the Netherlands) and a column of numbers. The VAT-ID of MR is DE 190 221 075. Please contact us if you need some assist if you do not already got your number.

	Electronical / E-Mail Costs

	All electronical deliveries are free of any extra costs.

	Time

	Within Europe we e-mail the ordered images within 1 to 2 hours. Our office hours are monday to thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m, on friday 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. CET. All orders from the East Coast of North America arriving until 2 p.m. EST (6 hours time difference to Europe) will be e-mailed within 1 to 2 hours. All other orders will be sent as soon as possible and the files will be available for you the next morning. All orders from the West Coast of North America arriving until 11 a.m. WST (9 hours time difference to Europe) will be e-mailed within 1 to 2 hours. All other orders will be sent as soon as possible and the files will be available for you the next morning. E-Mails to all other countries will be handled in the fastest possible way within our office hours as shown above.

	CDs Costs

	Causing to save time and shipping costs we send all CD-products through our distributors shown in the below mentioned list. As soon we got your order we will send it immediately to our distributors to take care about the shipment. For shipments in all other European countries we charge EUR 19,99 for each package up to 2 kilograms. Before we ship orders of heavier packages we will contact you by e-mail to find out the best shipping solution which will fit into your ideas concerning shipping time and costs. For shipments in countries in Africa, Asia, Australia and South America we will contact you by e-mail immediately after we received the order to find out what kind of shipping (regular mail, UPS etc.) will fit into your ideas concerning shipping time and costs.

	Time

	Our distributors and we will take care that you will get the ordered products normally within two working days. If you want to get it faster please specify on your order. Shipping to Africa, Asia, Australia and South America may take more time depending on the method of shipment and customs..
